The units are well-appointed and good modern with great breakfast. The location is magnificent and beautiful, 2 km from V & a Waterfront. Plus, this hotel is really close to restaurants in the evenings and many restaurants and tourist attractions.

The personnel was incredible and exceptional. I ate at an awesome restaurant for lunch at Mint restaurant. The food was freshly made and there were a lot of dishes in the menu.

We had a really great stay out of the Taj Hotel in Cape town.
The restaurant here was excellent with the service at the Mint restaurant, we both ordered wonderful dishes. It was soundproof and included a dining area, a storage space, and a carpet. The staff were very pleasant and exceptionally nice and the location was stunning.

We stayed at a centrally located hotel in the heart of the historic center. The hotel offered a separate lounge and dining area, providing a comfortable and spacious atmosphere. The rooms were well-appointed with a great view of Table Mountain from our balcony. The bathroom was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, even upgrading our room upon arrival. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.
The communication between reception and the valet/ porter service was lacking, leading to delays and confusion with our car.
